From the current domestic and foreign research results on digital hydraulic components,if you want to achieve digital output of hydraulic system flow,there are two ways: one is to use digital pumps to directly use digital control to output different flow rates,and the other is to use digital valves.Control the flow in the loop.There are three types of digital control methods for digital pump variables: stepper motor control,variable piston control,and high-speed switch valve control.Digital valve control loops are used to achieve digital control of hydraulic system flow.Digital throttle valves controlled by stepping motors are often used.Compared with ordinary throttle valves,digital throttle valves have the advantages of high precision,quick response,and convenient control.Compared with the previous hydraulic pump products,the new multi-output radial piston pump studied in this paper has the advantages of no variable mechanism,multi-output,simple and compact structure,energy saving,and self-contained digital relief valve.Among them,the new pump has its own advantages.The digital relief valve can be used to set the digital pressure of the system.At the same time,the pump can be turned into a multi-output digital pump by installing a high-speed switching valve on each output,or it can be equipped with a digital throttle valve in each circuit corresponding to each output port to make it Become a multi-output digital system pump.The displacement of the new pump is related to the displacement of a single plunger,the number of plungers and the combination of output.When all the output ports are combined,the maximum displacement output can be achieved.This article introduces the structure of the new multi-output pump in detail,expounds the working principle,characteristics and flow distribution method of the pump,and lists the number of commonly used plungers.Using the 3D modeling software Solid Works to draw the pump part drawing,assembly drawing and the model of the internal flow passage of the pump,numerical simulation of the flow field of the pressure oil passage of the pump was carried out through computational fluid dynamics software,and the simulation result was analyzed and optimized The flow path of the pump.This article also uses Amesim software to analyze the flow pulsation and pressure pulsation of the pump in different output modes.At the same time,through the application of the new pump in the multi-pressure circuit and the synchronous circuit,the energy saving of the new pump was verified,and the main leakage and self-cooling of the new pump were analyzed. |
