Large intelligent robot was invented under the development of science and technology and the new requirements of human in the highly automated 21 st century. Data show that hydraulic technology is an important and indispensable part of the energy transfer. The hydraulic transmission takes its place in national economic development whether now or in the future.Hydraulic components is the core component of hydraulic transmission technology,and all the hydraulic transmission systems are inseparable from the hydraulic components. The hydraulic pump as the power component of the hydraulic transmission system plays a vital role.Its function is converting the mechanical energy to the pressure energy of the liquid of the internal combustion engine or motor,and it privides pressure oil for the hydraulic transmission system,so it can drive the hydraulic system to work.We have designed a new principle hydraulic pump called open-circuit hydraulic multiple output plunger pump with fixed and variable output on the basis of. qual-width double–stator multi-pump and open-circuit hydraulic plunger in orde to privide fixed and variable output of the hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system.Owing to its diverse ways of output and wide range of flow rate,it can work at various kinds of complex working conditions,so when it is invented,it can be used in a large walking machinery which has only one engine. It is of great significance in shipbuilding industry,loaded walking machine industry and oil drilling industry。At first we determined the key parameter of the plunger pump such as the output flow rate and pressure according to the requirements of the Large walking machines,then areasonable structural dimension was selected,and every parts of the pump was modeled after using three-dimensional modeling software solidworks and each part of the pump were assembled according to the principle of structure diagram,so the structure of the pump was displayed clearly.Finally,the transmission shaft was proved to be satisfied to the the strength and stiffness requireements after the stress simulation We got the output flow rate and pressure graph of the pump through dynamic simulations laying a good fundation on the research of multiple output plunger pump.
