Self-lubricating spherical plain bearings are mainly used in the aerospace field.As a testing equipment to evaluate the friction and wear performance of plain bearings,the most important part of the testing machine is its swing system.Due to the gradual improvement of the requirements for the bearings,the requirements for the swing frequency of the bearing testing machine will also increase,so the swing system should not only meet the strength requirements,but also need to consider the dynamic characteristics of the swing system.In this paper,mechanical,electromagnetic and hydraulic swing systems are studied,and the problems of mechanical high frequency swing system in the test process above 30 Hz are analyzed and studied.The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,three kinds of mechanical high-frequency swing systems are studied,and the geometric model of the swing system is established.Through simulation analysis,the kinematics curve when the swing frequency is 35 Hz is obtained.Then the three kinds of mechanical swing systems are compared and analyzed,and the respective working frequency ranges of the three kinds of swing systems are obtained.Secondly,two kinds of non-mechanical high-frequency swing systems are studied,and the geometric model of the swing system is established.through kinematics simulation,the kinematics curve when the swing frequency is 35 Hz is obtained,and then the mechanical,electromagnetic and hydraulic swing systems are compared and analyzed,and the respective working frequency ranges of the three kinds of swing systems are obtained.Finally,taking the 35Hz crank-swing rod high-frequency swing system as an example,this paper probes into the problems of the swing system during the test,analyzes the mechanical structure and fatigue life of the swing system,and puts forward a feasible solution,which not only provides a reference for the future research and use of the testing machine of the bearings,but also provides strong support for the development of the higher-performance bearings.
