With the rapid developmentof the national economy and the deepening of reform and opening up,power users of power quality and power supply reliability requirements are getting higher and higher,voltage fluctuations and short-term power outage will cause huge losses.Therefore,developingthe network automation,Reducing power outage time,reducing power outage scope,providing safe,efficient and green quality electricity for customers without interruption is an important way to improve customer service satisfaction.Researching and designingthe distribution automation system require a correct understanding of the concept,structure and function of the distribution automation system,which is very important for the successful implementation of the distribution automation system.The paper first introduces the general situation of Huizhou power grid,including the area,the number of substation,the length of transmission line,the main transformer capacity,the power supply and the electricity sales.The paper focuses on the scale and management status of the distribution network,highlighting theproblems and the improved space of current Huizhou distribution network automation in the layout of the entire distributionnetwork architecture.Power supply reliability with the local economic development stage has different requirements,Huizhou Bureau,based on the current distribution network,combines with the characteristics of local economy and distribution network development,and given the specific design and application of Huizhou distribution network automation system through the design of the overall structure of the distribution network automation system,andcarrys out Huizhou distribution network automation planning and constructionaccording to local conditions,and gradually realizethe power distribution automation of the two remote and three remote functions.But the current distribution network automation often occurs the varying degrees of subjective blind phenomenon,therefore a large number of investments are difficult to ensure that the transformation of income.In this paper,we mainly study the optimization algorithm of distribution terminal distribution of distribution network based on feeder load distribution.By analyzing the feeder network,we use the IEEE 33-node distribution network model to analyze the design of the distribution network.On the basis of understanding the typical wiring method and operation characteristics of Huizhou distribution line and cable line,through grasping the composition type of feeder automation equipment and the construction type of feeder automation system,this paper mainly introduces the operation setting scheme of Huizhou distribution network automation switch to achieve the correct action with the distribution network automation switch.As the Huizhou Bureau is currently building a local type of automation system,therefore we focus on the study of the three types of local automation system to run the program,including over-current switch operation tuning,voltage switch running tuning,voltage,current switch running setting.The "optimization design of distribution network distribution switch based on load distribution" and the "distribution network automation terminal operation setting" are applied in the actual engineering construction,and the data of the whole year before and after the transformation of the medium pressure feeder are extracted,and the data are based on the feeder load Application Effect of Distribution Optimization Algorithm for Distributed Distribution Network.The full life cycle management of the equipment is very important for the normal operation of the automatic distribution network automation system.It can not be separated from the regular maintenance of the equipment operation unit.This articlemakes a specification from 9 aspects,including Debugging,Acceptance and delivery management,Patrol management,Failure and defect management,Communication fault handling,Maintenance management,Fixed value management,Equipment change management and the safety management,andenumerates the common faults and disposal methods of the network automation terminal equipment to further improves the operation and maintenance quality of the production crew.
