Study On The Suitability Index Of Urban Residential Space Environment Based On Residents’ Satisfaction

Livable city construction is the common goal of urban construction both at home and abroad,and the construction of urban space environment suitability is the core content of livable city.At the same time,the construction of livable city has become the long-term objective of urban development and construction in Wenzhou.The study of the suitability index of the urban residential space environment is one of the urgent subjects in the construction of the livable city in Wenzhou.The urban residential development in Wenzhou is faced with the problems of mixed living space,the small scale and the overloaded intensity of development,and the urban human settlements are not of satisfaction.This study is based on the current large-scale construction of Wenzhou city residential environment space.Firstly,through the analysis of the urgent demand of domestic residential space environment construction of livable residential space environment and the background of building livable residential spatial environment in the case study of Wenzhou,we highlighted the importance of constructing livable index and issues.Secondly,the related specification and technology regulations,relevant theory and typical research cases are summarized,combined with the actual Wenzhou of Wenzhou living status and characteristics of index areas suitable for the space environment.This thesis,using the methods of investigation as well as qualitative analysis and quantitative statistics,provided the depth analysis of the livable index construction of Wenzhou city residential space environment and constructed the index system analysis framework through the analytic hierarchy process and put forward the satisfaction degree of the residents towards the living space environment construction of livable index system.Finally,the relation of suitability index and residential satisfaction were analyzed in the scope of the degree and relevance of several levels of factors.We offered residents’ satisfaction-based livability index grades,scales,volume and density through quantitative analysis.At the same time,this study provided some suggestions for the building of livable residential space environment,including the classification of quantitative criteria integration proposal and residential district of the city grade difference and the input of residents’ satisfaction dimensions.The Interpretation and analysis of urban settlements livability related issues give more exploration on the relevant issues regarding the index of city livability.This research aims to improve the living environment of the city,to promote the "happy Wenzhou" construction,and to push the sustainable development of the city in order to achieve a harmonious society.The project focuses on the construction of the spatial environment suitability of Wenzhou residential districts and strengthens the dimension of satisfaction in discussion of index,so as to provide a reference for the evaluation of the suitability of the urban residential space environment from the perspective of satisfaction.
