Design Of Back Care Product Service System Under The New Health Management Concept

In order to solve the problem that traditional health management services and derivative products fail to meet the needs of chronic disease prevention and treatment in modern society,use management principles to build a new theoretical framework for health,and integrate it into the service design concept,launch the design and development of the back care product service system.Based on the above research objectives,this paper takes the common chronic disease back fasciitis as an example to carry out the design of back care product service system.Analyzes the management mode and mechanism of traditional health management by using the 80/20 rule of management,and puts forward a new concept of health management with prevention as the core.And guided by the 80/20 rule,re-divide the management range of health management,adjust management priority,integrate management model,and further build a new health management model of "prevention +light treatment".Combining the new health management mode with the service design concept,analyze the characteristics of the disease,the characteristics and needs of the user population,and the existing software and hardware products from the perspective of service design.Through establishing user portrait,analyzing stakeholders,establishing user journey chart and other methods,integrating multi-party design needs,constructing back care product service system under the new health management mode.Finally,according to the back care product service system framework and design positioning,the corresponding back care product and software design output was carried out,and the Ergo Lab man-machine testing cloud platform was used for design measurement.The back care product service system of "prevention + light treatment" has a positive impact on improving the health services of social groups,improving the management system of chronic diseases,and promoting the healthy development of society,and is of great significance to the development of chronic disease prevention products.
