Chronic low back pain,mainly due to chronic lumbar muscle strain,is a disease with long duration and hard to recover.It brings many adverse effects to patients’ life.As the high qualified medical resources and services are concentrated in the best hospital,the medical and nursing staffs in the primary clinic are lacking the experience of the health management of chronic diseases.Most of the patients will still choose to go to the Third-Grade hospital which is time-spending,high costing and crowded.Therefore,the existing medical resources fail to solve the daily health care needs of patients with chronic low back pain.Internet companies have begun to promote the development of mobile medical services,but the current functions are only shallow services such as online registration,online consulting,and tutorial display and so on,and lack of in-depth research on service processes,service details,health data collection and application.Therefore,in view of the design process of the low back health care product service system,the paper uses the Double Diamond Model set by the British Design Council as the guidance to construct the four stages includes: research on low back caring products and services,demand survey and functional analysis,the design of the low back health-care product service system,and service system design and design evaluation.According to the needs of the low back nursing,we put forward a complete and systematic scheme.First of all,we investigated the definition of chronic lumbar muscle strain,physiological and psychological characteristics of patients,s EMG monitoring methods and nursing methods of low back,through literature review and expert interviews.After analyzing the current situation of low back nursing products and services,and the experience of offline medical service,we can excavate potential problems and design opportunities.During the user survey,we summarize the interview content and construct the user role model.User interviews are divided into two parts: typical patients’ interview and doctors’ interview.The first part is to understand the life styles of patients with chronic low back pain,such as daily work and life,self-care methods,medical experience and etc.The second part is to understand the diagnosis process of doctors,the problems of traditional consultant process and the using condition of online medical platform.This paper analyzes stakeholder relationship by using business model canvas,combined with the needs of target users and extracts various functional points in the system.Using Kano model analysis method,the paper analyzes the function attribute and effect index of the patient-terminal App,excludes the indifferent functions and obtains the priority order of the functions,which assists the App design.In the phase of solution,the paper firstly constructs the overall framework of the product service system,and presents the details of user activity,contact points and service backstage with the service blueprint.According to the framework and functional requirements of the product service system,the corresponding low back intelligent nursing products and health management App are designed and evaluated at the end.By the study of IOT,wearable and other intelligent technology,and application of health data,article change the traditional nursing mode of chronic disease.By this way,design project promote the information and interconnection of medical health data,so that we solve the difficulty of medical consultation and nursing,which caused by the unreasonable distribution of medical resources.The project improve the experience of the existing low back health care products and services,establishes a more suitable mode of nursing for patients,realizes the integration of "medical diagnosis-rehabilitation nursing-health management".
