| With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,in recent years,governments at all levels begin to pay more attention to the improvement of urban human settlements.In the process of urban construction activities,there are some problems,such as the reduction of new urban land,the improvement of per capita land use index,and the increase of resource and environmental pressure.With the attention of the national policy to the urban human settlements,the upsurge of community park construction is gradually set off,which has become a new way and effective way to stimulate the vitality of the city and improve the quality of the city.Chongqing municipal government proposes to build and rebuild 300 community parks,community sports and cultural parks,and amusement parks in the main urban area by 2022,so as to form a balanced green space network with other parks in the urban green space system.Urban planning and construction has gradually changed from the rapid expansion of incremental space to the quality optimization of stock space.Under the background of stock,the construction of community parks in old urban areas involves more complex and special contradictions than those in new areas.At the same time,the lifestyle,life concept and life needs of modern urban residents have gradually changed,people begin to pay attention to the improvement of the quality of community life,and there is an increasing urgent demand for leisure,neighborhood communication,community activities and so on.Based on the past two years of Chongqing Shapingba old city planning and construction of 33 cases Through literature review,field research,summary,data analysis and other methods,this paper combs the current planning and construction situation,summarizes the land use characteristics and use characteristics of community parks in the old urban area,points out the shortcomings in the existing stage,and discusses the current problems in line with the particularity of the planning and construction of community parks in the old urban area,and puts forward the planning and design strategies,so as to provide reference for the future It is expected to provide theoretical support and scientific guidance for the follow-up construction.In the framework of the article,this paper follows the overall idea of "finding problems-analyzing problems-solving problems" to carry out the logical framework,which is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is basic research,which discusses the research background,research purpose and significance,research object and scope of this paper,and lays a good foundation for the later research by combing the existing achievements in related fields at home and abroad;the second chapter finds out the problems,shows the field research situation of Chongqing Shapingba old city community park,and summarizes the results by using questionnaire,data analysis and field investigation Methods by combing the current situation of construction and use of community parks in the old city of Shapingba in Chongqing,it is found that the overall number and scale of community parks in the old city are relatively backward,the spatial accessibility is low,there are more users but the land resources are limited,the activity venues are limited due to the harsh mountain conditions,the supporting service facilities do not match the use needs of residents,and the park has a negative impact on community culture The third chapter analyzes the problems,on the basis of the previous research,analyzes the core value of the construction of community park,and analyzes the particularity of the planning and construction of community park in Shapingba old city of Chongqing from the three perspectives of land use conditions,construction methods and users,so as to summarize the essential contradiction in the planning and construction of community park in the old city: the use of resources The fourth chapter is to solve the problem,based on the actual case research,theoretical analysis and relevant case reference,from the planning and design two levels of discussion,summarizes and combs the surrounding capital In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes the research results in the following aspects: first,the source conditions,the formation of a complete community park system and the use of surrounding land properties,the establishment of a composite and efficient functional space planning level optimization strategy,and the clear positioning of the community park,the site design in line with the characteristics of land use,the activity design to stimulate community vitality,and the functional composite of limited site space Based on the research results,this paper puts forward the limitations and deficiencies of the current research,in order to provide reference for the follow-up construction practice and theoretical research,and looks forward to the future research and planning and construction direction of community park. |
