| In addition to the vehicle driving lanes,the expressway also needs to provide a large amount of land resources for the construction of service areas,toll station management areas and other ancillary facilities.Due to the closed and conservative utilization state of the auxiliary facilities of the expressway,and the rigid functions of the facilities and the disconnection with the market demand,the land development intensity is small and the utilization efficiency is low.Comprehensive development and efficient utilization of its land are of economic and social significance.This paper starts with the case analysis of secondary development of the auxiliary facilities of expressway,generalizes the general law and corresponding countermeasures of this kind of land efficient utilization through descriptive research and experience summary method.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,this paper analyzes the feasibility of existing laws and countermeasures,clarifies the compatibility and similarity of mixed functions in land efficient use,and points out the existing problems and obstacles.Then taking Guangxi as an example,the paper compares its social,economic,transportation and geographical factors with the case area,and deduces the efficient utilization approach of the land for highway ancillary facilities suitable for Guangxi,that is,selectively add the functions of logistics,passenger transport,commerce and exhibition in the land for highway ancillary facilities in different regions.In order to ensure the realization of the goal of synergistic utilization,specific measures are given from the aspects of land use nature,management,site selection and layout.Through the research of this paper,we strive to make the land for the auxiliary facilities of expressway better serve the local economy and society and the people’s production and life,so as to produce new social benefits and economic value;At the same time,it also provides reference and inspiration for the efficient utilization of other land resources. |
