In the transportation process of hazardous materials,the occurrence of transportation accidents is random,which will cause irreparable consequences to personal safety and the surrounding environment,and even affect social public safety.Under the premise of ensuring safety,how to transport hazardous material efficiently and at low cost is not only a transportation issue worth studying,but also a social issue that has attracted much attention.Scientific and reasonable planning of the transportation route of hazardous material can effectively reduce the damage to the areas along the route from the consequences of accidents.At the same time,it provides various options for governments related highway management departments and hazardous materials transportation enterprises.In this paper,it firstly discusses the current research status by consulting domestic and foreign research results on traffic accident factors,hazardous material transportation risk and hazardous material transportation path planning,the research status at this stage is discussed,and the related concepts of hazardous material and expressway sections that need to be understood before the research in this paper are introduced.Based on the principle of pre-assessment,combined with historical statistical data,the weights of related factors affecting the accident rate are established,and the accident rate calculation model of highway sections is constructed.According to the assessment of the exposed population and environmental impact around the road section,the safety assessment model of hazardous materials transportation section is constructed.Based on the classification of the risk level of hazardous material,the safety degree and transportation cost are taken as the objectives of hazardous material transportation path planning,and the hazardous material transportation path planning model is constructed.From the perspective of single objective and multi-objective,this paper uses NSGA-Ⅱ non dominated sorting multi-objective genetic algorithm as the solution of the model.Finally,the above conclusions are applied to practical problems,which can obtain the route with high safety and short transportation distance,and meet the safety objectives of highway management departments and the cost objectives of transportation enterprises.It has a certain reference value to solve the problem of hazardous materials transportation path in practical work.
