| Highway guardrail pile driver is a kind of special construction machinery for highway guardrail steel pipe pile construction.Due to the cost limitation and technical limitations of manufacturers,the cab of this kind of small construction machinery usually lacks good ergonomic design,which affects the operation efficiency and the safety of drivers and operators,and there is some room for improvement.In this thesis the ergonomics principle is used to optimize the design of WYDBZ guardrail pile driver cab,and some ergonomic problems existing in the driver’s cab are solved.In this thesis,the H-point,eyellipse and other cab design tools and ergonomics principles related to cab design are studied,and the driving control mode of WYDBZ guardrail pile driver is analyzed;the human body size data which is lack of timeliness in the current standard is corrected,and the man-machine simulation analysis of WYDBZ guardrail pile driver cab is carried out in the man-machine simulation software JACK,and the defects are found Using the geometric relationship between the joints of the two-dimensional rod-shaped human body template,combined with the size of the human body and the comfort angle range of the joints,the H-point positioning reference line is obtained by programming and fitting in MATLAB,and the spatial position of the H-point in the cab is determined according to the relevant standards and design specifications,and the relevant parameters of the eyellipse are calculated and determined on the basis of the H-point position;the reference phase Based on H-point and eyellipse,the cab seat,dashboard and control device are optimized according to the design standard,and the optimization design model of WYDBZ guardrail pile driver cab is created by using 3D modeling software Rhino;the comfort,accessibility and visibility of the driver’s posture in the optimized cab are analyzed by using JACK.The results show that the optimized design of the guardrail pile driver cab can meet the accessibility and visual field needs of the driver,and has better comfort than the existing WYDBZ guardrail pile driver cab. |
