In recent years,the State Grid Co.Ltd.has increased the power project construction efforts,project management efforts continue to improve,to the safety and quality of the project,production schedule and cost management and other work put forward higher and higher requirements,the traditional substation construction mode has been unable to meet the needs of the current stage of power construction reform and rapid development.Prefabricated popularization and application in transformer substation,architectural structures can not only optimize the construction process,but also enhance the level of substation construction and management of effective measures and methods.Prefabricated substation construction project quality management level determines the can normal supply of electricity,is one of the important facilities,like its quality problem will not only increase the project cost,schedule delays,normal production operation of the project construction period,will also hinder the overall progress of the construction of the regional power,influence the regional social and economic development.Therefore,on the premise of ensuring the project production schedule and saving investment,effective and scientific quality management methods should be adopted to improve the quality management level of the project and achieve the expected quality objectives,so as to ensure that the substation can be put into production on schedule.Due to the lack of scientific and reasonable management guidance methods in the field of assembly substation project quality management is very few at present,therefore,the assembly substation project quality management has become an important research topic to be urgently solved.The author collecting and reading a large number of domestic and foreign prefabricated construction and substation after the literature of project construction management and quality management,analysis the quality of the prefabricated substation management research present situation,significance and developing trend,and as the breakthrough point,studies the relevant theories of project quality management knowledge,deeply analyze the prefabricated substation project quality management characteristics,influence factors and key links.Taking the construction project of Fangting 220 k V prefabricated substation as an example,this paper introduces the project overview,construction scale,project characteristics and specific quality management details of Fangting 220 k V prefabricated substation.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quality management evaluation model of the prefabricated substation project is constructed,and each link of the quality management system and the quality management level of the project are comprehensively and systematically evaluated.Based on the results of comprehensive evaluation,this paper deeply analyzes the practical problems of quality management in the construction process of the project,and puts forward effective and reasonable improvement measures and suggestions.This thesis through to the prefabricated substation project quality management related research and analysis,enriches the prefabricated substation on the contents,methods and management measures in the field of quality management,help to promote housing pavilion 220 k V prefabricated substation project according to the original construction plans and quality standards,in-depth study of the prefabricated substation construction project quality management and the improvement of prefabricated substation construction project quality management and improvement has certain reference significance and guiding role.
