In recent years, due to the influence of the state on the structural reform of the energy supply side, the number of hours of power generation has been greatly reduced and the profits of enterprises have declined. Can not be fully effective use of investment in plant equipment system, the transformation and upgrading as a priority,coal-fired power generating units to speed up the pace of transformation through active exploration by the single power generation mode to provide energy services, circulation value-added services, the public environmental services such as the change of direction more.In this paper,on the basis of the heating transformation project, access to relevant information at home and abroad, combined with the influence of heating transformation on the extraction system and thermal efficiency. The main economic and technical indexes such as the heat consumption of condensing steam turbine unit after air extraction are calculated, and the operation characteristics of equipment and thermal system and their influence on energy consumption are calculated. The thermal equipment and system are divided into several units for quantitative and qualitative analysis by using the "equivalent heat drop" method, which provides the basis for local technical transformation of thermal equipment and system.Through the above calculation and the actual test after the heating transformation, the formula obtained in this paper provides the basis for the heating transformation design stage, optimizes the heating transformation design and operation of the generator unit, and solves the problem of selecting the extraction point for heating transformation. This paper has 4 figures,15 tables and 60 references.
