Steam Jet Refrigeration System Driven By Extraction Steam Turbine

Steam jet refrigerator make use of water as refrigerant.As other refrigerants,water in a state the lower the pressure the boiling point temperature is also lower.Steam jet refrigeration is to use the properties of water,a certain degree of vacuum in evaporator can be made by the main jet driven by steam,at the mean time,parts of boiling water evaporation cause remaining water to be cooled by absorption a lot of latent heat of vaporization.In this thesis,firstly the background and significance of research is introduced, then a brief review of the steam jet refrigeration system and the history of development of the research status is given,and the principle of steam jet refrigeration is also expounded.According to the principle of steam-jet cooling and actual conditions of the thermal power plant of ZWZ,feasibility of the use of steam turbine extraction steam to drive jet refrigerator is demonstrated.The main injector,auxiliary ejector,evaporator,condenser are calculated by simplified formula.Three plans are designed in accordance with the specific circumstances of the thermal power plant of ZWZ,and an available plan is choose based on the actual situation.System design parameters are calculated and listed,based on these the engineering drawings of the extraction steam turbine-driven jet refrigerator are designed.The above-mentioned steam-jet refrigerator is installed and debugged at the thermal power plant of ZWZ,a guide book is also prepared for operation.After operation,it is showed that the extraction steam turbine-driven steam jet refrigerator has basically reached the cooling requirements.Finally,a summary of the full thesis is given.
