| Energy conservation and consumption reducing is the eternal theme of modernsociety development. Since the reform and opening up, with China’s urban developingrapidly, construction area is increasing year by year. In order to achieve the purpose ofenergy saving, the district central heating boiler rooms in northern parts cities arebooming up. The main energy consumption in central heating boiler room are fuel andelectricity. Heating circulating pump and boiler drum fan are usually driven by electricmotors, which are the main energy consuming equipment. And the main electric powerin northern region comes from thermal power, it is produced by the steam-driventurbine and is delivered to the user via the power grid, yet energy efficiency is about30%-40%. When using industrial steam turbine instead of the motor to drive thecirculation pump, boiler’s supply fan and exhaust fan, it can reduce energy conversionsectors and improve energy efficiency to70%-80%, and energy saving effect isremarkable.This thesis mainly analyzes the features of industrial driving turbine, collects,statistics and analyze the power and characteristics of supply fan and exhaust fan andcirculating pump in heating network matching different modes of boilers in centralheating boiler rooms to determine the steam parameter according to the pressurerating standards commonly used industrial steam boiler specification models andindustrial steam turbine characteristics, selects capacities of the steam boilers anddetermines power and steam consumption of supply fan, exhaust fan and feed waterpump of steam boilers by corresponding to different modes of circulation pump ofheat-supply network, supply fan and exhaust fan of different sizes of hot water boilers,and then get calculation of steam consumption which according to established steamconditions, and matching steam boilers for hot water boilers after a trial. In addition,through the statistical calculation of power of supply fan and exhaust fan and circulatingpump in heating network for grate-fired water heater and circulating fluidized bedboilers which are of different modes and in commonly use, obtains matching tables ofhot water boiler and steam boiler under the condition of saturated steam andsuperheated steam.Applicating of the matching conclusion of hot water boiler and steam boiler in thisthesis and according to the heating load based on city development master plan and heating plan in Siping City, three116MW circulating fluidized bed boilers and three75t/h steam boilers were selected in project of Siping City central heating. In fact, one116MW circulating fluidized bed boiler and one75t/h steam boiler were installed inthe first phase of this project. At last, the design of steam driven system wasaccomplished and the diagrams of layout plan of equipment driven by industry steamturbine, steam boiler thermal system and heating network heating system were drawn.Furthermore, making the economy, energy saving, environmental protection analysis toverify the superiority of industrial steam turbine driving mode. |
