| Currently,the regional coal-fired boiler room central heating system in our country has the problems of low thermal efficiency,low heat grid transmission efficiency,extensive operation management and unsatisfactory room temperature,which not only cause a large amount of energy waste,but also reduce the thermal comfort.In view of the above problems,relied on the energy-saving retrofit project of a coal-fired boiler room in a troop battalion,this article analysed on heat source,heat supply network,operation management scheme of the coal-fired boiler room heating system and building envelope in a military camp.Over the low heat efficiency and heat supply network transmission loss in the camps,poor operation and management problems,this article developed a series of measures,including the big boiler to replace small boiler,heat supply network secondary side circulation system,water pump frequency conversion,room temperature monitoring and PLC control technology measures,which provided reference for other energy-saving renovation projects.For the application of frequency conversion technology on the design and model selection of circulating pump,the large-small pump scheme was analyzed by comparison with the parallel operation plan of multi pumps in this project.It could be concluded that the large-small pump scheme was better than the parallel operation plan of multi pumps,and the amount of the power saving could up to 56%in this case.Compared with other schemes,the system energy saving could reach more than 30%.After the energy-saving reconstruction of the military camp,the comprehensive evaluation and indicator on quantitative,qualitative research and constant return was selected to evaluate the performance of the energy system.And it was clear that the indicators met the standards and were higher than the general level.Take the data of the operating situation in 2016 as an example,the efficiency of the boiler could up to 70%while the qualified rate of the temperature indoors could up to 100%and customer satisfaction was up to 98.4%,which indicate that the energy system could continue to operate efficiently and reliably.When come to the economic benefits,the amount of energy saving of coal,power,water and salt was 2260t,165637kWh,20876t and 109.4t,respectively,which was equal to 887400 yuan in total.And the energy system also had excellent environmental benefits,according to the data on system operating,the emission reduction of SO2,CO2 and soot were 22.38t,4973.80t,and 5.18t respectively,and air pollution in the surrounding air had declined.According to the results from the reconstruction,the plan could be feasible.The software DeST was used to design and calculate the distribution of the whole year hourly load of the case;and it could be conclude that the load on the building system could be effectively reduced by 25%through the changes in external window materials,addition of wall insulation materials,and time-sharing zoning operation of office buildings.While the energy consumption could be reduced by 30%after using the time division partition heating operation strategy.This study had certain guidance and meaningful significance for the design and evaluation of the existing project on optimization of the circulating pump and the reconstruction of the energy system. |
