| The security of power system is the foundation and premise of power grid operation stability.With the vigorous development of China’s electric power industry and the increasingly complexity of the power grid structure,higher requirements for the reliability and security of power system operation has been put forward.The power consumption information is the basic data for power system operation management personnel to carry out basic operation management work.The traditional power consumption information acquisition system mainly adopts single power line carrier communication technology(PLC)or micro power wireless network communication technology(RF),where the data acquisition volume and success rate of the power consumption information acquisition system are relatively low.In this thesis,the current situation of distribution network construction and operation management in Southern Hebei Power Grid and the demand of the Hebei electric power company is considered,and a power consumption information acquisition system based on PLC-RF dual-mode ad hoc network communication is designed and realized to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the power consumption information acquisition.The main content and main contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Considering the practical situation of the distribution network construction and operation management in the Southern Hebei Power Grid,the necessity of designing the power consumption information acquisition system based on PLC-RF dual-mode ad hoc network communication is analyzed from the perspectives of the overall demand and the company first-line business of production and operation.The functioning modules of the power consumption information acquisition system are summarized,and the non-functioning demand including the stability,completeness,accessibility,expansibility etc.is analyzed.(2)The design principle of the power consumption information acquisition system based on PLC-RF dual-mode ad hoc network communication is analyzed based on the demand analysis and the business requirement.The system architecture of the power consumption information acquisition system based on PLC-RF dual-mode ad hoc network communication is proposed by simultaneously considering the transport channel of the power consumption data,the storage of the power consumption information,the practical application,and ensuring the practicality,effectiveness,stability and security of the power consumption information acquisition system.The framework of dual mode ad hoc networks,the overall system design,the function structure design,the communication structure design,database system design etc.are accomplished.(3)The power consumption information acquisition system based on PLC-RF dual-mode ad hoc network communication is established based on the demand analysis and the system design,where the basic application function,the advanced application function,the operation management function,statistical query function,system management function is realized.The basic function modules and the non-functioning requirements including compatibility,scalability and stability are tested.The feasibility and effectiveness of the designed power consumption information acquisition system based on PLC-RF dual-mode ad hoc network communication is verified,which strongly supports the power information acquisition business of the company and improves the level of informatization and automation of the power company. |
