In recent years,along with the rapid development of smart grid concept and related technologies,the information revolution in the energy field has been further deepened.The “energy Internet” emerged as a new concept,pointing out the future development direction for electric power system and even the whole energy industry.In this background,the development plan of the State Grid has put forward higher requirements for the informatization construction of the electric power industry.As an important part of the national Power Grid Corp for building a strong smart grid and developing the energy Internet,the power information acquisition system provides key technical support for the enterprise to implement the power user load monitoring and power distribution automation.The efficient and stable operation of the system is directly related to realizing the development goal of the national Power Grid Corp's: “full coverage,full collection and full cost control”.On the basis of fully studying the current development situation of the electric al information acquisition system under the background of smart grid,first of all,this paper condenses the system architectures' characteristics and key technologies,then analyzes the actual situation of the electricity use in Bazhou area.At last,the design of the two-way interactive power information acquisition system which meet the requirement of the local power serivce is came into being.In addition,to provide an important support for the reliable communication,this paper designs a suitable communication network architecture for Bazhou electricity information acquisition system.And from the two aspects of system's business implementation and requirment analysis,the feasibility of power communication network architecture design is elaborated.Furthermore,in order to improve the “last kilometre” acquisition efficiency,this paper firstly studies the application foundation of the low voltage power line communication system,then abstracts the characteristics of the low voltage power line carrier channel and the network topology.Besides,taking the high efficiency of the low voltage power line carrier communication network into account,this paper leverages the intelligent optimization idea of greedy firefly to realize networking of the low voltage power line communication network.The final simulation results show that the routing algorithm has excellent performance in meeting the requirements of communication quality and calculating iterations while considering the characteristics of business requirements.
