Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s material life is also more substantial,but at the same time,the river pollution problem is also more serious.The pollution of households and businesses around the river,the untimely dredging of the river,the disrepair of the river dam and the water quality problems are the important reasons for the pollution of the river.Therefore,under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,how to face and manage the ecological problems of river is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,it has certain practical significance to study the Countermeasures of river ecological management problems for the goal of ecological livability.Based on the actual situation and survey data,this paper studies the measures and problems of river ecological governance from the perspective of Rural Revitalization.It is found that there are some problems in the process of river regulation in Kulun Town,such as single governance subject,lack of long-term supervision and management mechanism,single source of river regulation funds,backward governance concept and so on.The main causes of these problems are the low degree of social participation,the lack of joint efforts in governance,the emphasis on economy over environment,and the shortage of special funds.According to the above research results,this paper gives the corresponding countermeasures.We should develop diversified subjects of river ecological governance,enhance the governance force through three-dimensional supervision,implement long-term governance based on river policies,expand the sources of funds for river ecological governance,and vigorously publicize to enhance the public opinion effect of river governance.
