The rapid development of science and technology has accelerated the upgrading of electrical and electronic products,and continuously raised the level of people’s demand for product technology.Technological innovation has become an important strategic choice for many electrical and electronic products manufacturers to improve their market competitiveness.The technological innovation of products is also highly valued by the governments of various countries.The governments have formulated policies to encourage enterprises to carry out technological innovation in order to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to study the supply chain that considers the technological innovation of electrical and electronic products.In addition,the traditional forward supply chain does not meet the requirements of sustainable development,so extending the research to the closed-loop supply chain is an important direction to adapt to the economic development.In this paper,the closed-loop supply chain considering product technological innovation by manufacturers is studied by means of operational research,game theory and optimization theory.In addition,the uncertain factors of recycling quality of waste products are further considered,and the influence of the government’s incentive policies of purchasing innovative products and implementing innovation subsidies on the decision-making of members of the closed-loop supply chain is also studied.The results show that,(1)improving the ability to save production cost in the process of technological innovation and remanufacturing can improve the optimal level of technological innovation.How to choose recycling channels depends on the relationship among recycling cost,remanufacturing cost advantage and repurchase price under the responsibility of retailers.(2)improving the recycling quality of waste products can improve the optimal technological innovation level of products,profits of manufacturers and retailers,and consumer surplus.However,the higher the sensitivity of recovery costs to changes in the quality level of waste products,the lower the optimal level of technological innovation,the profits of manufacturers and retailers,and the lower the consumer surplus.(3)when products are produced before the government’s purchase demand for innovative products,the government’s increasing purchase ratio can effectively promote the manufacturers to improve the level of product technological innovation,and improve corporate profits and overall social welfare.However,when the government purchase demand appears after the production of products,in order to maximize the total social welfare,the government should not set too high purchase demand and technological innovation level demand.(4)the government’s increase of innovation subsidy rate to manufacturers and consumers who buy innovative products can improve the level of technological innovation and recycling rate of waste products.In addition,manufacturers who choose to be personally responsible for recycling waste products can achieve higher profits as well as higher total social welfare.The thesis has 62 figures and 80 references. |
