| With the increasing investment in the power system,China’s distribution network project has also been unprecedented construction.As a means of controlling construction project investment,project cost has been greatly developed since the industrial revolution.Compared with the narrow sense of project cost,the whole process cost control emphasizes t he control of construction project life cycle investment,so as to maximize the investment benefit.According to the research on the whole process cost control of distribution network project,the related research work is carried out as follows:1.Through the literature review of the whole process cost,discuss the research background and significance.This paper summarizes the development of project cost,the research of whole process cost control and the research status of whole process cost control managem ent of power engineering.2.By analyzing the division of each stage and cost composition of the whole process of distribution network engineering,combing the cost subjects of each stage of distribution network engineering,discussing the basic theory of the whole process cost control,introducing the financial net present value index to control the whole process cost of distribution network engineering,analyzing the influencing factors of each stage cost composition and cost numbering,and establishing the mathematical model of the whole process cost of component distribution network engineering,The sensitivity analysis method is proposed to analyze the influencing factors of the whole process cost control of the distribution network project.3.Combined with the actual cost data of the project,the main influencing factors of the decision-making period,the implementation period and the operation period are analyzed.The results show that the whole process cost of the distribution network project is the most sensitive to the factors in the operation period,followed by the basic rate of return in the decision-making period.Therefore,in the whole process cost control process,the main influencing factors in the operation period should be controlled first,At the same time,in the decision-making period,it is necessary to accurately calculate the basic rate of return of the industry,so as to accurately calculate the whole process cost of the distribution network project.4.combining with the actual grid project cost data,the comparative analysis of the project cost in the implementation stage shows that the overhead line,the conductor cost and tower cost have a great impact on the overall cost of the overhead line,the distribution and transformation p roject is more sensitive to the distribution capacity,and also affected by the transport conditions,terrain and terrain,and the cable engineering is more sensitive to the cross-section area of the conductor.5.Build the blueprint of the whole process b udget control system,sort out the whole process cost control workflow of distribution network project,and develop and apply the cost control system based on the cost development platform. |
