With the increase of the mileage of highway,more and more waste asphalt mixtures are generated from road maintenance.A large amount of waste aged asphalt mixtures will cause serious environmental hazards.In addition,more and more waste oil are produced in people’s lives,and how to safely and effectively dispose of waste cooking oils has become a problem.In this study,waste cooking oil was used as a regenerant,and combined with the warmmixing technology of foamed asphalt,the waste cooking oil hot / warm-recycled asphalt mixture was prepared and its road performance was studied.This subject can effectively recycle resource waste on the one hand,and reduce the mixing and molding temperature of recycled asphalt mixture on the other hand,so it has good environmental benefits.Waste cooking oil contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids,which can effectively adjust the components of aged asphalt and achieve the purpose of regenerating aged asphalt.In this paper,recycled asphalt pavement(RAP)were used to replace the asphalt mixture equal quality(20%、30%、40%),and 8.5%,10.5%,and 12.5% waste cooking oil(WCO)were added to the quality of the aged asphalt as a regenerant,a waste cooking oil heat-recycled asphalt mixture was prepared.By studying the road performance of the recycled asphalt mixture and seeking a reasonable range of RAP and waste cooking oil,and then studying the road performance of the waste cooking oil temperature recycled asphalt mixture within this range.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Direct incorporation of RAP can improve the high-temperature stability and fracture strength of the asphalt mixture,but also affects the water stability,fracture energy and fatigue performance of the asphalt mixture.The influence of WCO on the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture is not singular.With the increase of the amount,the water stability and fatigue performance of WCO recycled asphalt mixture show a trend of first increase and then decrease.The fracture energy of the recycled asphalt mixture will increase,but the high temperature stability and fracture strength will decrease.When the amount of RAP is 20%-30%,and the amount of WCO is 8.5%-10.5%,the WCO recycled asphalt mixture has better road performance.(2)The results of the water-immersed Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test and rut test of the foam warm recycled asphalt mixture meet the requirements of China’s current regulations,indicating that WCO temperature recycled asphalt mixtures also have good road performance,and this mixing The method can effectively reduce the mixing and construction temperature of the mixture,save energy and reduce carbon emissions.(3)It proves the significant thermal / warm regeneration effect of WCO on aged asphalt mixtures,and proposes a reasonable range of RAP and WCO,the WCO recycled asphalt mixture within the range has better road performance,can be used instead of the matrix asphalt mixture,and has certain environmental and economic benefits.
