Warm-Recycled Mix Asphalt(WRMA) has been paid more and more attention,but the WRMA of old asphalt transfer is less influence of comprehensiveconsideration of factors, domestic and foreign research results of asphalt mixturemixing sequence is not consistent, and most of domestic in the ratio of phase as wellas the road is carrying on the performance of different dosage of old material.So,this paper is devoted to WRMA in old asphalt to transfer different influence factorsof research,and to the mixing sequence research of WRMA, and to the performanceresearch of different dosage of old material under the corresponding optimumproportion.In this paper, the degree of old asphalt mixture of asphalt transfer conductedstudies are first to determine the test conditions,then consider the effect of differentfactors. First, study different aggregate size to the influence of the old asphalttransfer degree, find that aggregate size has little effect on the old asphalt transfer;Secondly, preheating temperature, mixing time and mixing temperature to theinfluence of old asphalt transfer degree; then the aging time, dosage of old materialand rubber powder ratio on the influence of the old asphalt transfer degree; finallythe regeneration agent, warm mix agent and old material dosage to the influence ofthe old asphalt transfer degree, find out the influence law and influence degree ofdifferent influence factors on the old asphalt transfer, for the following match ratiodesign provides the basis for determining the ratio.Study on the mixing sequence using macro mixing sequence and the the variousof domestic and foreign asphalt mixture mixing sequence in2ways, macro mixingorder is not molding specimen, with the transfer of asphalt content as evaluationindex; mixture mixing sequence adopt the method of Marshall compaction tomolding specimens, use physical and mechanical indexes of the specimens as theevaluation basis, the results show that the test results of two kinds of ways areconsistent,suggest that later when mixed in the WRMA use domestic specificationmixing sequence.Determine the optimum proportion of different dosage of old material, reserachpavement performance of different RAP dosage in the optimum proportion, theresults show that with the increase of RAP dosage, WMA and HMA show different rules, and determine the best old material dosage is20%.
