With the development of social economy and the rise of Internet technology,the traditional human service industry has gradually gone off the stage of history,replaced by intelligent service robots and public terminal products.Public terminals are a new type of machine that replaces traditional manual services and have been widely used in many fields such as transportation,medical services,and finance.More and more activities that human beings are engaged in require the use of public terminals to provide services,and the entire society has shifted from an artificial service community to a self-service community.This transformation has greatly reduced the cost of human resources,while also saving users the time to obtain services and promoting resource conservation for the entire society.Despite the convenience,the utilization efficiency of public terminals is still very low.The poor user experience rejects many people who have no access to public electronic equipment,which will further exacerbate the "digital divide" phenomenon unique to the information society.Improving the user experience of the public terminal interface can effectively narrow the gap in the ability of different people to use tools and process information.The topic starts with the design of the public terminal interface.First,the definition and classification of public terminals,the difference from personal terminals and their interface characteristics are compared and analyzed,and the theoretical part of user experience is explained.Then,the author analyzes and summarizes the existing experience problems of public terminal interface design based on the results of user observation interviews and questionnaires through field research.Then,in response to the questions raised by the survey,the user experience design strategy for the public terminal interface is proposed,including functional strategy,fault tolerance strategy,feedback strategy,consistency strategy,general knowledge strategy,adaptability strategy and friendliness Strategy.Finally,the author designs the interface of the high-speed rail information query machine from the aspects of user demand analysis,information architecture,information design,and visual design.The innovations of this article are: 1.The user experience design of the public terminal interface is different from the traditional personal terminal.The author researches the characteristics of the public terminal,and only by combining its specific characteristics can the design be more in line with user needs and better for users.Good experience product.2.Exploratively propose corresponding design strategies to improve the current user experience of public terminal interfaces,further promote social efficiency,promote social equity and improve people’s quality of life. |
