Research On The Types And Design Methods Of Country Houses In The New Town Of Beijing Plain District

In recent years,with the improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid development of tourism,homestays,as a new type of business,are showing vigorous vitality.After the reform and opening up,after more than 40 years of rapid development,the Chinese economy has entered a new stage that focuses on connotative development.People have new and higher demands for the quality of life.The homestay industry ushered in a golden moment of rapid development in this context.Based on field research on the development history,environment and background characteristics of the new city homestay in Beijing Pingyuan District,this paper combs the development status of the new city homestay development in Beijing Pingyuan District,and studies the regional homestay from the perspective of the integration of industry and environment.The characteristics and classification methods.From the perspective of homestay planning and design,learning from successful cases at home and abroad,we explored different types of homestays and corresponding design points and methods.Starting from the architectural features,landscape planning and indoor space layout of the homestay,various types of homestay design methods are proposed.This article has reference and guiding significance for the planning and design of homestays in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
