With the progress of productivity and the improvement of living standard,the types are becoming more and more diversified and the grade of cars is getting higher and higher.People also put forward higher requirements for the individuation of Auto parts.enterprises need to improve the design efficiency and shorten the development cycle while ensuring the design quality,which makes the variant design technology have been continuously developed and widely used.In order to improve the design quality and efficiency of automobile seat frame,the module partition method and variant parameter transfer technology in the variant design of automobile seat frame are studied deeply and systematically in this thesis.Module division is an effective method to improve the efficiency of the design of the car seat frame and reduce the difficulty of the design.In this thesis,the method of building network based on product size influence relationship,the method of building network based on product function association relationship and the method of combining two networks into product component composite network are elaborated.A module partition algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm and fast Newman algorithm is proposed.The algorithm takes into account the degree of module aggregation,module size and module size.A set of multi-layer module partition scheme for target products can be obtained by using this algorithm.Finally,above methods are used to divide the car seat module in this thesis.Variant parameter transfer technology is the key technology of variant design.In this thesis,the classification of variant parameters and the selection of active parameters are discussed,the process of parameters transfer in general variant design is analyzed,the construction method of the transmission network of variant parameters is elaborated,the corresponding treatment methods for the three possible wrong parameter transfer processes in the general variation parameter transfer network are proposed,the variable parameter transfer path planning for the motor and the slide module is carried out by using the above method.In this thesis,the existing CAD softwares in the market are analyzed and compared,CATIA is selected as the development platform of variant design software,the parameterized assembly model of automobile seat frame based on module division scheme and parameter transfer network is builded.Finally,the software entrance and main interface of the variant design software are developed by CATIA CAA V5.The variant design program is written,and the automatic variant design of the car seat frame is realized. |
