Abstract/Summary:
In the power system,the battery group is usually used to provide backup power for all kinds of power equipment inside the power station terminal of the power system,which can automatically switch power supply after the normal power supply is interrupted,so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of power equipment at the power station terminal.Therefore,the informatization management of battery is one of the important contents in the process of the internal business upgrading and transformation of power enterprises.An intelligent battery monitoring system is designed and implemented in this thesis.The system includes the bus communication network,the supporting hardware system and the function system of the upper management software.In the technical scheme of the system,Modbus communication protocol and serial port communication technology are mainly adopted to realize on-site data interaction at the plant station,and the monitoring and operating of the battery group is adopted by the use of BMM monitoring device.And the data communication with upper management software is realized based on TCP/IP technology.In the upper management software,the software function system for end users is established on the base of C/S network mode,.net platform development technology and SQL Server database.The system can realize the remote status monitoring and control management of the storage battery through the deployment in the power communication private network,internal service network and the communication environment of station bus.The functions of the system upper management software includes battery status monitoring,battery test management,historical data view and system parameter setting management,and uses the form of Windows Server backstage service for function application and distribution.In this paper,the hardware architecture design,software function design,database design and other key technical solutions of the battery group are investigated.According to the existing information resource system of the company,the upper management software function is developed by using C# technology,and the data interaction process in the control node of the factory station is developed and realized by using embedded development technology.The intelligent battery monitoring system can monitor and maintain the battery groups in each plant terminal of the company by remote management,improve the operation and maintenance management efficiency of the battery group,promote the reliability of the operation of the secondary equipment in the plant terminal,and improve the overall operation capacity of the company’s power grid.
