At present,the electric vehicle industry has entered a stage of rapid development.The collection of various performance indicators of newly developed electric vehicles by means of remote monitoring equipment is an important means to detect the performance indicators of electric vehicles,and it also provides the necessary guarantee for the stable operation of electric vehicles in the later stage.Based on the research and development test of electric vehicles and the data collection in the later operation,this paper proposes a set of remote monitoring system for electric vehicle performance indicators based on RH850 single-chip microcomputer.Firstly,according to the relevant requirements of the automobile manufacturer's remote monitoring system for electric vehicle performance indicators,the overall framework structure of the system was built,and the technical scheme adopted by the remote monitoring system for the performance index of electric vehicles designed in the paper was analyzed.The remote monitoring system for electric vehicle performance indicators designed in this paper is mainly composed of three parts,which are composed of three parts: vehicle terminal data acquisition,wireless data transmission and remote monitoring center.In this paper,the RH850 single-chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip,and the corresponding system-related functions are realized by the corresponding peripheral hardware circuits.The peripheral hardware circuits of the system mainly include: CAN bus module,3G wireless module,GPS module,power module and storage module.Secondly,combined with the current electric vehicle performance indicators remote monitoring system function requirements and post-upgrade maintenance,the multi-function state machine architecture is used to design the system software program.The software program adopts the modular programming design idea to design,which not only accelerates the overall development speed of the software program,but also effectively reduces the difficulty of upgrading and maintaining the software program later.Its system software program function modules mainly include:CAN transceiver function module,GPS module,3G wireless remote data transmission module,data processing module and storage module.In order to verify the overall performance index of the terminal equipment designed in the paper,according to the hardware circuit and software program designed above,the whole system is built for physical debugging,and the remote monitoring system of the electric vehicle performance index after the commissioning is passed to the newly developed electric vehicle performance.Indicators for remote data collection.The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy and real-time performance of the terminal equipment designed in the paper meet the relevant requirements of automobile manufacturers and have high promotion and application value.
