In enterprise human resource management,salary management is an important basic business.The current human resource salary management of Liangshan Power Supply Company is realized by the SAP ERP platform.Due to the mismatch between the SAP ERP platform and the company’s actual business management,the efficiency and quality of human resource compensation management are relatively low.Therefore,a set of human resources salary management system is designed and implemented that meets the company’s management needs to improve its business management efficiency.1.The current situation of Liangshan Power Supply Company’s human resources salary management business was first analyzed.Based on the analysis of business management content and process,the current deficiencies and problems of the SAP ERP platform were investigated,and the overall research and development goals of the system were studied.2.The functional requirements and performance requirements of the system are analyzed through software requirement analysis technology,and the research and development technology of the system is explained.According to the demand analysis of the system,the overall function of the system is designed,including the network structure and function model.At the same time,the system is divided into five modules:salary structure management,data association management,individual tax declaration management,payroll management,and data report management,and the functional component structure and functional structure of each module is designed in detail.According to the data logic structure of the system,the data entities and relationships of the system are analyzed,and the data table structure of the system is designed and analyzed according to the technical specifications of the selected database.3.Through the functional scheme design of the system,the functional modules of system were developed and realized,and the realization process,key codes and functional operation interface of the system functional modules were studied and analyzed.Finally,the system was tested,the test environment,methods and content of the system were introduced,and based on the actual test results,the functions and performance of the system were verified and the system reached the expected development goals.Through the application of the human resource salary management system,it can replace the SAP ERP platform currently adopted by the company,and provide software tools that are more in line with the human resource manager’s operating system and business management process,thereby improving the company’s human resource salary management efficiency and quality.
