In modern logistics transportation,the total amount of port transportation accounts for more than 60%of the world’s total logistics transportation.Adopting modern intelligent technology is the inevitable trend of port development.Automatic container terminal has become an important direction of the current development of smart port,and has gradually become a new product of this era.The container gantry crane is an indispensable part of the automated yard The fatigue and life of the main structure of the crane determines the service life of the whole machine.The importance of the main structure of the container gantry crane is self-evident.Based on static analysis,modal analysis and fatigue life theory,it expounds the fatigue and fatigue life theory,fatigue load spectrum and cumulative damage theory.Taking the main structure of container gantry crane as the research object,the static analysis of the main structure of the crane is carried out by using the finite element analysis software.The three-dimensional model is established by Creo,and the three-dimensional model is transformed into the finite element model by using the interaction of Creo,and the modal analysis is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench.Through modal analysis to improve the natural frequency of the structure,to prevent the main structure of the crane resonance and self-excited vibration under the excitation,to avoid the main structure of the crane large vibration and damage.Using the analysis software to simulate the fatigue life of the gantry and trolley frame of the crane,simulate the fatigue limit and life in the real situation,and find out the most vulnerable parts of the gantry.The fatigue life distribution state of the structure is presented in front of people directly through the cloud chart,which can directly show the life of each part of the structure,so that designers and users can accurately and conveniently evaluate the rationality and performance of structural design scheme,and provide reference for the future research of container gantry crane.The research results of this paper can be directly fed back to the actual production to test the rationality of the main structure design of existing products.This study supplements the blank of the main structure analysis of container gantry crane in the existing data,and has certain guiding significance for the design of the main structure of container gantry crane.
