| With the rapid development of marine fishing industry,the number of ships under 60 horsepower is increasing.Hundreds of thousands of small ships in China are widely used in fishing,aquaculture,transportation,tourism and other fields.The resulting illegal operations,safety accidents and other problems are increasingly prominent.Relying on the traditional methods of manual supervision and law enforcement,it can not meet the needs of ship management under 60 horsepower at this stage.It is imperative to use satellite positioning,mobile communication,Internet of things,big data and data processing and visualization technology to realize the information management of small ships and solve the current regulatory problems faced by small ships.In this thesis,the ship below 60 horsepower is taken as the research object,the research and construction of ship abnormal behavior judgment model and ship violation evaluation system,the application of small fishing vessel identity and trajectory data to carry out the research of small fishing vessel operation type identification,the design and development of ship management system below 60 horsepower.The main work is as follows:In this thesis,AHP and fuzzy evaluation method are used to study and construct the ship abnormal behavior judgment model,which can extract the characteristic value of ship abnormal behavior;Taking the ship smuggling as an example,based on the historical trajectory data of ships,the thesis studies and establishes the ship smuggling research and judgment model to evaluate the possibility of ship smuggling.The thesis also develops the ship smuggling expert evaluation system;Based on the mechanism of handling vehicle violations,this thesis studies and constructs the penalty system of points deduction for ship violations.According to the trajectories and identity data of small fishing vessels,the study and judgment model of operation types of small fishing vessels are established to identify the operation types of small fishing vessels and realize the standardized operation management of small vessels.For ships under 60 horsepower,a small ship management system platform is developed based on B / S architecture,data processing and visualization technologies such as thermal map and electronic fence,which realizes the management of small ship violation,operation type identification and port management. |
