Research On The Method Of Evidence-Based Rural Programming

At present,a huge rural construction activity is carried out in rural areas of our country.However,problems of disorderly construction are obvious,and most rural planning is unhelpful for the rural.The exploration of scientific theory and effective working methods of the rural construction has become an important work in the current rural revitalization planning practice.This research aims to find a helpful method of rural construction and hopes to find a scientific and useful method to solve the problems existing in the current rural construction.Based on the problem analysis,this thesis aims to search a helpful way to solve the problem.This thesis is developed on the path of “problem statement and analysis-solutions exploration”.Literature research,case studies,observations and interviews are the main research methods of this research.The significance of establishing evidence-based rural programming,the analytical framework of evidence-based rural programming and the specific practice methods are the main research content.The thesis tries to answer the questions of “why the evidence-based programming is needed for the rural construction” “how to find the best evidence and how to make the programming based on the best evidence”.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the existing problems in the current rural planning and clarifies the problem-solving ideas of “establishing the rural programming to guide the rural design”.Secondly,the thesis establishes the concept and analysis framework of evidence-based rural programming by making a reference to the theory of architectural programming and rural programming.Finally,the thesis takes the Lvtao ancient village and Chengzi ancient village as research examples to carry out the evidence-based programming practice.Through the case studies,this thesis summarizes and discusses the methods and significance of the evidence-based rural programming.Through theory and cases research,this thesis establishes the evidence-based rural programming methods,including the methods of evidence finding,evidence evaluation,and the rural programming methods based on the best evidence.In addition,this thesis concludes that the rural programming method based on the best evidence could make the rural programming more scientific.In general,this thesis provides a scientific,effective and helpful method and approach for the rural revitalization.
