Abstract/Summary:
As an important part of China’s energy,nuclear power has made significant contributions to electricity production.However,while enjoying the convenience brought by nuclear power,we must also be alert to potential hazards that nuclear power may cause.The decommissioning of nuclear facilities is one of the important steps to ensure the safety of nuclear power,and simulation and visualization technologies are often used as important auxiliary means.However,all simulation and visualization technologies are based on accurate three-dimensional models,so it is particularly important to obtain a three-dimensional model that can reflect the current state of nuclear facilities.In view of this,this paper proposed and develops a set of 3D scanning detection system that can obtain 3D models of nuclear facilities to provide technical support for the introduction of simulation and visualization technology for the decommissioning of nuclear facilities.The main research contents are as follows:1.Related theoretical foundations and detection technology are investigated.Based on the current domestic and foreign existing 3D laser scanning technology and reconstruction technology with point cloud data,an in-depth investigation and summary are conducted to provides theoretical and technical support for the completion of the nuclear facility 3D scanning detection system with independent intellectual property rights.2.Scanning and visualization technology of 3D point cloud in nuclear power factory space is designed and completed.By analyzing the characteristics and the scanning requirements of nuclear power factory,a 3D point cloud scanning and visualization scheme which is suitable for large nuclear power factory is proposed,including the scanning of the global point cloud of the nuclear power factory based on the large-space scanning technology,the scanning of the local point cloud of the nuclear facility based on the high-precision local scanning technology,and the registration of the global point cloud and the local point cloud to obtain the point cloud of nuclear power factory,Rendering the point cloud of nuclear power factory based on massive point cloud visualization technology.3.Nuclear facility reconstruction technology based on point cloud of nuclear power factory is designed and completed.By analyzing the characteristics of point cloud of nuclear power factory,a nuclear facility reconstruction scheme which is suitable for large nuclear power factory is proposed,including identification of nuclear facilities based on convolutional neural networks,the extraction of the shape of nuclear facilities,the extraction of geometric parameters of the shape of nuclear facilities,and the reconstruction of nuclear facilities based on NURBS.4.Based on the three-dimensional point cloud scanning and visualization technology and the nuclear facility reconstruction technology,the three-dimensional scanning detection system for large nuclear power factory was completed,and the function and reconstruction accuracy of the detection system were verified.
