The Research On The Project Early Warning Of Agent-construction Company

With the development of the theory of agent construction to China’spublic project, more and more companies turn their steps to this field,including many traditional construction companies. In order to facilitatediscussion, we will call the construction companies which to be anagent-company in the agent-project as agent-construction companies.Because that the industry of agent construction is still in the pilot phase,the participants have different understanding, different rules andregulations of the pilot areas, agent-companies take too many risks. Andagent-construction companies evolved from traditional constructioncompanies，the risks they face has their uniqueness. Based on this, we tryto improve the agent-construction company‘s capability of riskmanagement and risk early warning by building its risk early warningmodel. The theory of a construction company to be a agent-constructioncompany, to build a risk early warning model, the establishment andoptimization of early warning indicator system, the establishment ofearly warning assessment model, early warning criteria and riskcountermeasures are the key content of this paper.In this paper, status of construction enterprises in China is discussed.We think it’s feasible that a construction company to be aagent-construction company, by the analysis of the requirements ofdifferent areas. Its advantages and disadvantages and how to transformation are discussed too. A risk early warning model ofagent-construction companies are built which includes early warningidentification subsystem, alert evaluation subsystem, early warningidentification subsystem and early warning measures subsystem. Theoperating mechanisms of4subsystems are studied too.On the basis of previous theory, combined with expert investigationwe classify the risk factors of agent-construction companies to projectinternal risks, project external risks and their own risks. And identify48risk factors as initial early warning indicators of the early warning model.And we design a questionnaire survey to verify their importance, obtained24optimization early warning indicators by statistics and sorting of thedata.We constructed the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on thisbasis, Then study the guidelines of the early warning, so that we couldwarn the risk profile of the project. Finally, responses and suggestions aregiven for different risks. The support system for early warning, theculture of project team and other issues are discussed too.
