The problems caused by the shortage of ecological environment and resources have become more prominent.Taking the path of sustainable development is a common choice for the world in the 21 st century.For this reason,the construction industry has derived green buildings conforming to the concept,which greatly alleviated the harm caused by the traditional construction industry,and has received widespread attention.Compared with traditional buildings,it puts forward more and higher requirements on buildings,such as full use of resources,full energy conservation,and design close to nature,which can easily lead to problems in the safety and quality of green buildings.For the healthy development of green buildings,it is necessary to carry out research to ensure the safety and quality of green buildings.However,most of the current researches on ensuring the safety and quality of green buildings focus on the identification,evaluation and sharing of external interference risks,and there are few studies on the inherent vulnerability of green buildings.Vulnerability is the endogenous concept of the green building project system,while risk is the exogenous concept.Vulnerability is an important medium linking system safety and risk.Therefore,to ensure the quality and safety of green buildings,it is essential to conduct vulnerability research on them.Important.Through the analysis of the related theories of green buildings and vulnerability,combined with the development status of green buildings,the vulnerability is introduced into the field of green building research,and the connotation,characteristics and the importance of vulnerability evaluation of green buildings are discussed.On this basis,the risk interface theory is used as a guide to identify the vulnerability factors of the life cycle from the man-machine-loop interface that interacts with risk and vulnerability,and use the PCA method to screen indicators to determine the final key vulnerability factors,To build a comprehensive,systematic and accurate vulnerability evaluation index system.The C-OWA operator is used to calculate the weight of the vulnerability index,so as to solve the problem that the index weight is easily affected by the subjective preference of experts and affects the evaluation accuracy.Aiming at the situation that it is difficult to aggregate and quantitatively describe the vulnerability of green buildings,the matter-element method is proposed to evaluate the vulnerability,and combined with the cloud model that can solve the fuzzy and uncertain problem,a green building vulnerability based on the cloud matter-element method is constructed.Evaluation model to achieve a comprehensive and accurate evaluation of the vulnerability of green buildings.The above mathematical model was applied to a green building SF in Qingdao,which verified the scientificity and applicability of the model.
