| With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive strength and the gradual progress of urbanization,more and more people are living in cities.In addition to the continuous expansion of the city,the population density of the city is also increasing,which gradually leads to the shortage of urban land,traffic congestion and reduction of per capita urban public resources.The buildings in the city are developing towards "high" and "deep" at the same time.Due to the particularity of primary school education,under the influence of urban development and the promotion of quality-oriented education advocated by the state,urban primary schools with land shortage have begun to expand underground space,and how to make good use of underground space of primary schools has become an important research topic.This paper takes the underground space of primary schools in the old urban district of Qingdao as the research object,and studies the utilization mode of underground space in the old urban district of Qingdao by case analysis,literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods.This paper studies the utilization of underground space in primary schools in The Old Urban district of Qingdao from three aspects: macro,meso and micro:(1)From the current policies and regulations of Qingdao,the population development trend of Qingdao old City,the evolution and current situation of the construction of primary schools in Qingdao old City,this paper demonstrates the necessity of developing underground space in Qingdao old City,and summarizes the problems in the utilization of underground space in primary schools and the reasons leading to these problems.(2)Based on the research on the design elements of underground space in primary schools,through the case analysis of the underground space in the old Urban district of Qingdao,analyze the plane mode of underground space utilization in primary schools from three aspects,including spatial organization,functional layout and traffic organization;The three-dimensional model is analyzed from vertical design,spatial form and spatial environment.(3)Based on the investigation,case analysis and summary of the utilization modes of primary schools in The Old Urban district of Qingdao,and aiming at the problems in the utilization of underground space of primary schools in the old urban District of Qingdao,optimization strategies are proposed from three aspects,including function expansion,environment optimization and safety design.Suggestions on the management and renewal of underground space are put forward from the aspects of daily management,maintenance and inspection,planning and encouragement mechanism,legal framework and so on.Through argumentation and research of this article,the author summarizes the Qingdao old city primary school the use patterns of underground space,hope in the construction of subject to the limit of the land of the old city elementary school,make full use of underground space of the primary school,improve the efficiency of the use of underground space,hope for people to change the traditional understanding of education building underground space,create a good campus underground space environment for the development of children’s physical and mental health. |
