The Study Of Underground Space Development And Utilization Models In Changchun

In 1991, the declaration of Tokyo in the international conference of urban underground space put forward that:" 21st century is development and utilization of underground space's century". Until now, the 21st century has over ten years, as a natural resource, the urban underground space has obtained more extensive attention from human. The western developed countries in underground space development and utilization has been nearly a hundred years of history, but in China, so many city with millions people start up the city underground space utilization very late, only half a century history. With the strengthening opening and more communication with the western cities, the large-scale development of urban underground space has attracted city's eyes. The new utilization of urban underground space has begun.When the urban population has reached over millions, the demand of subway will generate. According to statistics, to the end of 2008, there are 118 cities which have more than one million populations in China. These cities have the population request to construction subway. The north spring city Changchun also made the list. Changchun is in rapid urbanization period of rapid development and construction, the space requirement will be the main problem limiting its future development. In the development tide of underground space, Changchun also began to expand the underground space. According to the specific situation in Changchun, embarks from the reality, try to find out the development and utilization model of Changchun underground space, and to guide the construction of harmonious urban space in Changchun city.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is preface: question background, study significance and study method, the basic knowledge of underground space, the related theory and form of urban underground space utilization.The second part is the general introduction of urban underground space and the discussing about development and utilization models: Introduces basic surveys, theories and using forms about urban underground space.
