Study On Spatial Layout Planning Of Small Town Industrial Park From The Perspective Of Integration Of Production And City

With the rapid development of urbanization,industrial parks have been built rapidly and widely.The government has provided corresponding preferential policies and institutionalized management,which has effectively improved the overall development speed and quality of industrial parks.At the same time,industrialization and urbanization have experienced friction with each other.It was first discovered from the industrial parks in big cities that it is more and more easy to have the phenomena of separation of industry and urban development,incomplete urban functions,weak industrial agglomeration effect,and poor living conditions of residents,etc.,and these phenomena are gradually realized by more and more people and try to solve the problems.The planning research of industrial parks in big cities has played a certain role in alleviating these problems.In the process of urbanization,the development of small towns is relatively slow,but small towns are still an integral part of the urban system and have important functions as industrial carrying,population carrying and regional center;At the same time,small towns are still the basic link connecting urban and rural areas,the tail of cities and the head of townships.The construction and improvement of industrial parks in small towns have achieved remarkable results in the development of small towns.At present,the rapid development of industrial parks in small towns also has a series of problems and different situations similar to those in industrial parks in big cities.The contradiction between the layout development of industrial parks and small towns has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the coordinated development between industrial parks in small towns and towns has become the key to planning and research in this thesis.Combined with the current background of the times,the system of producing cities and the theory of spatial layout,this thesis studies the layout planning strategy of industrial parks in small towns from the perspective of integration of producing cities,aiming at solving the problems caused by the uncoordinated spatial development of producing cities and making overall planning between parks and cities.
