China vigorously promotes the construction of green campus,and the number of university construction is increasing.How to create a good campus environment for students has gradually become a key problem for builders to think about.As one of the important influencing factors,building wind and heat environment is naturally concerned by many designers and scholars.However,previous studies on the wind environment of buildings are often concentrated in residential areas,high-rise buildings or large-scale areas,and there are relatively few studies on the analysis of the wind and heat environment of colleges and universities in the mild regions.In this paper,the indoor wind and heat environment of an office building in a university in Kunming is measured according to CSUS / GBC04-2013 of “ Green building evaluation standard ” and“ Evaluation standard of green campus ”,and the current situation and existing problems are analyzed and summarized.At the same time,the building environment of the office building is simulated and analyzed by computer software.The following suggestions for improving the indoor wind and heat environment are obtained :(1)In the outdoor area of the building,the surrounding building density should be reasonably planned while the wind is prevented in winter,so that the boundary inlet wind can be optimized;Optimization of architectural modeling,the best choice of cross,so that the vortex area at least;(2)In terms of the interior of the building,according to the require ments of the “ Evaluation standard of green campus ” on the indoor opening ratio,there are rooms that do not meet the requirements of the building,which can be adjusted according to the door and window size calculated in this paper to meet the standard requirements;There are two forms of windows in the building.The simulation analysis shows that the flat window has good indoor ventilation effect,and the push-pull window of the building should be replaced by the flat window.The simulation results show that the ventilation effect of the two sides of the room is poor,and the non-main function rooms(toilets,storage rooms)can be set on both sides of the room according to the actual demand.(3)In the aspect of building peripheral protection,in order to improve the thermal comfort of indoor students,different external shading boards can be set for rooms with different orientations.The specific size of the external shading board can be calculated according to the data in this paper.Based on the visualization and efficiency of CFD technology,this paper analyzes the relevant graphics and data of the simulation,and puts forward the optimization strategy in line with the characteristics of the wind and heat environment of the building,which has a certain reference value for the construction of campus infrastructure and green campus in temperate regions.
