| In recent years,with the increasing number of cars in our country,traffic jams and traffic accidents happen frequently.However,when analyzing the causes of major traffic accidents,it is found that most of the rear end accidents are caused by the driver’s inattention and other factors.In the accidents that cause major personnel and property losses due to rear end accidents,large commercial vehicles such as trucks are mostly involved Because of the high quality of commercial trucks,the inertia is large.In case of emergency,accidents often occur due to the untimely operation of drivers.Nowadays,many small and high-end passenger vehicles are equipped with advanced assistant driving system(ADAS).The automatic emergency braking system(AEB)is an important part of ADAS system.However,the installation degree of this technology on commercial vehicles in China is still very low.Part of the reason is that most of the market is monopolized by foreign companies such as WABCO and Knorr.The research shows that the accident rate of vehicles equipped with AEB system can be reduced by more than 38%.The main function of AEB system is to remind the driver of the possible dangers in front of the vehicle in real time,and to avoid or reduce the collision through automatic emergency braking before the collision,so as to avoid the occurrence of traffic accidents.Firstly,this paper introduced the development course and research status of AEB system,introduced the composition and principle of AEB system in detail,and introduced the brake execution system of the experimental bench on which this subject is based in detail.On this basis,a kind of PWM controller is designed to control the pressure of the brake chamber.By analyzing the dynamic problems in the process of automobile braking,the formula of automobile braking distance is obtained.On this basis,according to the different motion states of the obstacles in front,the obstacles in front are divided into static state,uniform motion state and deceleration state,and the active control strategy of grading warning and braking is designed.The model and simulation analysis are carried out for the designed control strategy of hierarchical early warning and braking,and the simulation proved the validity of the model.In addition,this paper built a hardware in the loop test system platform,and introduces the software and hardware composition of the system.Finally,based on the requirements of the AEB regulation ECE R131 for commercial vehicles,the hardware in the loop tests of Lab VIEW and Truck Sim are carried out using the platform,and the effectiveness of the designed control strategy and controller is verified. |
