Electric power energy is an important guarantee of national life and plays an irreplaceable role in the long course of modern national development.The power transmission and transformation project itself has the characteristics of complex technology,many cooperative construction units,high requirements for construction safety and project quality,which makes the project construction must have the participation of the supervision company.The overall work of project supervision is complex.From the beginning of the construction project to the completion of the project,in addition to the most critical on-site supervision of the project,it is also necessary to complete various tasks such as project bid competition and contract management.Due to different task procedures and objectives,it is difficult to realize the system with common functions.Therefore,this paper focuses on the solution of the largest proportion of the power project supervision of the work of the auxiliary demand,namely the on-site supervision of the auxiliary demand.Traditional project supervision relies on manual supervision,review and document signing and transmission,which is not only inefficient,but also difficult to find a large number of documents,and the supervision process records are unknown.With the development of mobile network and information technology,this paper proposes a new method of using mobile terminal to assist the supervision process through mobile Internet.This method can not only allow supervisors to record the site situation at any time,multi-person remote collaboration and record more detailed and comprehensive searchable information,but also does not affect the original manual supervision of the work process,low learning cost,fast application.First of all,by referring to the relevant literature of project supervision at home and abroad and combining with the supervision of specific power transmission and transformation projects,the project supervision tasks are summarized and analyzed,and the auxiliary methods under different tasks are proposed.Demonstrate the feasibility of auxiliary tools in project management,safety supervision,quality management and other aspects,and define the design objectives of the project supervision auxiliary management system.Secondly,according to the specific needs of power transmission and transformation project supervision project analysis,through the modular method of project supervision auxiliary system function design.Django framework is used to design the auxiliary supervision system software to assist field supervisors to record and keep supervision records.This paper introduces the user permission management of the system and the data form for each task.Finally,according to the requirements of each function module,the business flow and implementation effect of each function module are introduced.This paper mainly describes the record and evaluation system of site supervision.The feasibility of the software is verified by the system test.
