| As we all know,with the development of domestic economy,great changes are taking place in the view of rainwater management in China.From the beginning,the fear of water is transformed into water friendly,from the pure way of dealing with engineering problems to the combination of engineering and non engineering.In fact,it refers to the process from forcible drainage of rainwater by means of project flood control to centralized treatment of rainwater by newly-built rainwater treatment facilities in the local area,to decentralized treatment and local solution and digestion of rainwater as far as possible.At present,the flood disaster and water resource shortage faced by domestic cities need to be solved by a holistic,comprehensive and multi-objective approach rather than a single objective or engineering approach.Industrial parks are an important manifestation of industrial concentration in the process of urban industrialization.Modern industrial parks have a variety of functions,such as production,scientific research,human settlements,life,entertainment,education and leisure.It is a demonstration of urban economic conditions,cultural and folk customs.Landscape design of industrial parks is also an important part of urban planning.The pleasant landscape space in industrial parks can provide a comfortable working environment and living atmosphere for people living here,and play a positive role in improving production efficiency,economic benefits and regional economic development.Based on the sustainable development theory,sponge city theory,low-impact development theory and water-sensitive urban design theory,this paper discusses the landscape of rainflood management in Changsha Zhiting Industrial Park by using the methods of literature review,case analysis,theoretical and practical research,and interdisciplinary research.Viewing the application,the main contents are as follows:(1)To further interpret and sort out the related knowledge of rain and flood management,and establish relevant knowledge system: to understand and reorganize the concepts and theories related to the application of rain and flood management in industrial parks and gardens;and to make a systematic analysis of the theory of rain and flood management: mainly including the general situation of the development of rain and flood management at home and abroad,the related objectives and principles of landscape design of rain and flood management,and rainwater and flood management.Management of relevant application measures,etc.(2)Analysis and reference of typical cases: Four excellent cases of rainwater landscape construction at home and abroad were selected to introduce the basic situation,focusing on the analysis of rainwater application,and to extract relevant experience.(3)Make relevant research on rainflood landscape,and then step by step put forward the application strategy of rainflood landscape in industrial park.Finally,the above research content is further demonstrated and supplemented with actual cases.The purpose of this paper is to bring some new ideas and inspiration to the rainwater management in industrial parks.In addition,it is hoped that through the practice of Zhiting Industrial Park,the rainwater management system can be integrated into the landscape of the industrial park,highlighting the role of rainwater management in the construction of the industrial park. |
