The urban design rainstorm and urban rainfall runoff calculation model is the basic theory of the town rainfall drainage system design and checks, administration and planning, rainfall runoff pollution prevention and so on. In our country, because of the lack of the rainfall datum and the rainfall runoff observing datum, the sluggish calculation theory and the technique, and so on, this theory is difficult to adapt to the practice necessaries that developed in the contemporary town, and the rainfall problem in town is stressed increasingly. Resolve thanks to the fact that the rainfall problem brought is developed in the town, and have to improve to original theory. Although there is some research fruit to unite our country practice now, it still is a lot the limitations, and is many problems to hurry to wait resolving.This text directs against above-mentioned situations, according to the national conditions of our country, on the basis of the thing that forefathers study, combine the local characteristic, test inside and outside the room, write down the rainfall and surface flow and observe the materials by oneself, combine the intellectual theory of modern calculation, sampling to the urban rainfall materials, adjustment, urban torrential rain calculate mode and his parameter optimize, and urban rainfall the earth's surface is it ooze , is it flow , converge relevant theory of calculating etc. not to carry on overall analysis , theory proving and application study to produce to enter:(1) Through comparing and analyzing the materials sampling of current urban rainfall and adjusting the method, combine the actual need of development of modern city, have proposed not reproducing the conversion formula of the different sampling method, urban design storm materials statistical analysis annual oversize value sampling method, φ -(p,cs) value thinning and pluralism method and the method of P-III typedistribute parameter estimation --the improve hybrid genetic optimum curve-fittingalgorithm.
