Research On Design And Biuld Integration Mechanism In Prefabricated Construction DB Mode

At present,the country has made many explorations in the construction industry,and issued a large number of policies,regulations and industry management norms to promote prefabricated construction and general engineering contracting.But at present,most enterprises still focus on the construction general contracting mode,and lack a systematic project general contracting management system.At present,many general contracting modes of prefabricated construction projects are simply extensions or splicing of general contracting modes of construction,lacking a complete system of specific business division,interface division of each participant,and benefit distribution mechanism,and general contracting management capabilities are low,especially lack of design and Effective integration of construction.Therefore,the specific research objectives of this article include:(1)Establish a research framework for design and construction integration in the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects;(2)Identify obstacles to design and construction integration in the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects;(3)Establish assembly The design and construction integration mechanism under the general contracting mode of modular construction projects;(4)Verify the effectiveness of the design and construction integration mechanism under the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects.The research method of this paper is mainly based on 36 interviews and 7 case studies,and proposes that the design and construction integration problem under the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects is a coordination problem.Through interviews and investigations to analyze the obstacles affecting design and construction integration,identify the key activities of design and construction integration,and establish the design and construction integration mechanism under the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects as follows:(1)Benefit coordination mechanism,including design optimization incentives,contract terms The selection of design and the determination of the design fee mode;(2)The cross-professional collaboration mechanism,through the decomposition of design,production and construction tasks,promotes design-guided production,construction,production,and construction-driven design,and the three cross-linked cross-professional collaboration;(3)Organizational coordination mechanism,including organization interface coordination,interactive learning mechanism and integrated supervision mechanism.Finally,through case analysis,with the help of coordination degree model,it is verified that the integration mechanism designed in this paper can positively promote the integration of design and construction.This research puts forward the research framework of design and construction integration under the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects,which enriches the theoretical research on general contracting projects of prefabricated construction projects.Through a large number of interviews and investigations,the design and construction integration mechanism under the general contracting mode of prefabricated construction projects has been established,which provides new ideas and references for solving the design and construction integration problems in practice,and proposes the limitations and prospects of this article.
