With the rapid development of the automobile industry and the improvement of people’s economic level,people’s demand for cars is also rising.Now,every household has at least one car,which greatly facilitates people’s daily travel.Although cars provide people with a lot of convenience,they also bring people some great challenges.After entering the 21 st century,the number of cars is increasing and the range of use is getting wider and wider,which leads to the decrease of non-renewable resources such as oil in the world and the increasing environmental problems.In order to protect the environment and realize sustainable development,it is a reform that the government must promote to popularize and use new energy vehicles with obvious advantages in energy saving and emission reduction.In recent years,more and more users are accustomed to get real product information by browsing the online review of products,and manufacturers will also understand the real needs of consumers and the shortcomings of products through the online review of products.As a new industry,the development time of new energy vehicles is not long,the technology is not mature enough,and some aspects of demand can not satisfy consumers,which hinders the development of new energy vehicle industry.At the same time,people know little about new energy vehicles,and buying a car is a big expense for most families,so people are more willing to get the information they need through the online review of new energy vehicles than the promotion of new energy vehicles by merchants.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the online review data of new energy vehicles,provide suggestions for manufacturers to improve new energy vehicles,and provide certain reference for consumers’ decision-making.This paper uses crawler technology and Octopus collector to obtain the review data published by users on "Aika Auto Network".A total of 43,178 pieces of text data are crawled,and 31,376 pieces of data are kept as the final database after the processing of duplicate removal and missing values.First of all,descriptive analysis is carried out from the aspects of user’s car purchase location,car sales ranking,bare car price,etc.,to understand the current status of the new energy vehicle market;Secondly,the emotional classification algorithm is used to analyze the eight performances of cars,SUVs,MPVs and other models in appearance,interior,fuel consumption/endurance and space,and the emotional tendency analysis of different models in various performance aspects is obtained.Finally,the LDA theme model is constructed to explore the four performances of new energy vehicles that need to be improved,such as power,comfort,handling and fuel consumption/endurance.Through the analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Feature analysis.In the new energy vehicle market,cars and SUVs are more popular,and users prefer to choose hybrid electric vehicles and pure electric vehicles;The regional development of new energy vehicles is extremely unbalanced;Consumers prefer brands such as Weilai,Baojun,Xuanyi and Geometry.In the market,the price of naked cars for consumers to buy new energy vehicles is concentrated in 100,000-200,000;(2)Emotional analysis.On the whole,the users of the four models are satisfied with the appearance of new energy vehicles,but not satisfied with the handling and fuel consumption/endurance of new energy vehicles;There are differences in users’ satisfaction with the power and comfort of the four models;(3)Analysis of LDA theme model.The power of MPV and other models is not as good as that of cars and SUVs,but considering the fuel consumption,users have lower power requirements for MPV and other models;Cars,SUVs and other cars have problems in braking,noise,chassis and suspension,which affect comfort;Consumers pay more attention to the steering wheel operation,the sensitivity of brakes and accelerator pedals,and the fuel consumption/endurance of new energy vehicles.According to the analysis results,this paper gives the following suggestions: the government needs to strengthen the propaganda of new energy vehicles to solve the problem of uneven regional development;Automobile manufacturers need to pay more attention to consumer demand,improve the comfort and power of cars,SUVs and other new energy vehicles,at the same time enhance the fuel consumption/endurance of new energy vehicles and improve the charging convenience.
