With the rapid development of China’s economy and the promotion of urbanization,the development of construction industry ushers in a new opportunity.Compared with the general low rise houses,high-rise residential buildings have the advantages of small floor area,convenient for unified management and high land utilization rate,which has also become the most ideal residential type under the shortage of land resources.However,the scale of high-rise residential buildings is larger,the composition of electrical system is more complex,and the energy consumption is more.According to the development status of China,the energy consumption of high-rise residential buildings accounts for about 1 / 3of the total social energy consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study how to reduce the energy consumption of high-rise residential buildings as soon as possible,so as to make a certain contribution to promoting the domestic building energy conservation work.This paper selects Beijing high-rise residential buildings as the research object,and the research is divided into the following steps:(1)To understand the environmental situation of Beijing,collect the structural and material parameters of high-rise residential buildings,such as the external dimensions of buildings,the internal structural layout,the scale of external protective structures,and investigate the work and rest situation of residents in the buildings.(2)Through the design builder tool,combined with the building parameters and environmental parameters obtained in the early stage,the real-time physical model is created by software.Through the model output data,the building energy consumption is analyzed.Taking reducing the building energy consumption as the breakthrough point,the reasons for excessive building energy consumption are found,and on this basis,the energy-saving transformation is carried out.(3)According to the model,find out the cause of excessive building energy consumption,respectively use the current energy-saving standard energy-saving transformationmeasures and passive building design standard energy-saving transformation measures to simulate the building transformation,and compare the energy consumption of the two methods.(4)from the two aspects of energy saving and economic applicability,the final result is that the current energy saving standard can reduce the building energy consumption by50.6% and save 732689 k W·h.The energy-saving renovation measures of passive housing design standard can reduce the energy consumption of buildings by 76.1%,saving1102987 k W·h in total.The scheme has a static payback period of 22 years,followed by a return period,so it is feasible in terms of energy saving effect and economic benefit.Based on the passive residential energy-saving standard,this paper takes the existing high-rise residential buildings in Beijing as the research object to carry out the energy-saving renovation,which provides a reference case for the energy-saving renovation of such residential buildings.
