Abstract/Summary:
With the vigorous development of residential buildings,building energy consumption increased dramatically,triggering a series problems of environmental,energy,population and social.Building energy consumption has become the largest part of the total energy consumption,building energy conservation has become the primary problem of the whole society energy conservation work.In the 21st century,mankind uphold the concept of sustainable development,and the construction began from the traditional high energy consumption model to efficient ecological sustainable development model,green building has become the inevitable trend of today’s world building development.This paper relies on the 12th National Science and Technology Support Program,the project of ecological eco-town and green building technology integration research and engineering in western China,and further study the energy saving and water saving of the urban farmhouse.Analysis of tectonic technology and water saving measures suitable for enclosure structure in Ningxia.The energy-saving housing of Yueya Lake is taken as the object of study,to build ecological,environmental protection,sustainable development of energy-efficient residential for the purpose,to study deeply for the residential envelope structure,to apply BIM technology for energy simulation analysis,to compare the energy consumption of the house residents build themselves,traditional and typical residential buildings in Ningxia,the energy saving rate of typical model of low-rise farmhouse in Yueya Laker is over 65%,the performance is superior and own the value to promote and demonstrate,and provide technical reference for the future construction of energy-saving residential building in Ningxia.Ningxia is located in arid areas,urban rational use of water resources is particularly important,and the energy conservation of the farmhouse at the same time put forward a reasonable water-saving measures and analysis.
