Abstract/Summary:
The technology of peak-shaving of heat pumps in a secondary heat exchange station is the use of heat pump peaking unit technology in seco ndary heat exchange stations for centralized heat recovery water leveling(low grade waste heat),instead of peak boiler in function.The heat pump peaking unit technology mainly uses the heat pump peaking unit to reconstruct the secondary heat exchange station,according to the heat network operation and the end user’s needs,in order to achieve the purpose of heating peaking and improving the heating capacity of the heating network.This paper has studied the following content:1.Theoretic analysis of the feasibility of heat pump peaking unit technology,determine the heat pump peaking technology plan;2.Establish the mathematical relationship between the peak regulation coefficient and the system parameters in the secondary peak regulation system of the heat pump in the secondary heat exchange station to determine the system design and operation parameters;3.Analysis of energy saving,economic benefits and environmental protection benefits of secondary heat exchange stations after technical transformation of heat pump peaking units.First of all,the use of heat theory to analyze the actual requirements of the heat pump peaking unit technology to determine the feasibility of the technical program.Then,taking the heat exchange station in the 250,000 m~2 heating area in Changchun City as an engineering example,a concrete transformation plan was proposed,the design operating parameters were determined,and the power consumption was calculated.Finally,a detailed calculation of the annual cost,static payback period,coal saving,and pollutant emission reduction for the transformed heat exchange station.The research results show that the purpose of heat supply peaking and increasing the heating capacity of the pipe network can be achieved by u sing heat pump peaking unit technology for the cascade heat recovery of primary heating network(low grade residual heat).For Changchun City,the 20%heating area of the total heating area of the network will be reconstructed with the heat pump peaking unit technological transformation program using the peaking factor ofθ=0.4.In the economic aspect,it will increase the network access fee by 905million yuan and 153.3 million yuan annually.The net profit will save 663,400tons of coal in terms of environmental protection,and correspondingly reduce emissions of 3832.8 tons of soot,1,941.98 tons of sulfur dioxide,5,048.17 tons of nitrogen oxides and 1,111,900 tons of carbon dioxide,effectively alleviated air pollution problems in severe cold areas due to heating in winter.
