In all walks of life,safety management is a top priority,and its effectiveness directly determines the safety status of an enterprise or project.The construction industry,especially the construction safety of subway projects,is more prominent,where the construction of subway stations has a high degree of complexity and variability,which is more likely to cause safety accidents than other construction industries.According to the statistical analysis of China’s metro construction safety accidents during 2002 to 2017,the proportion of safety accidents in China’s metro station construction accounted for 57% of the total number of accidents in the whole metro construction.While China vigorously develops the construction of subway projects,how to adopt modern safety management methods and means to ensure construction safety becomes an important issue in the construction safety management of subway stations at present.The paper conducts research from two aspects: analysis of subway station construction safety impact factors and evaluation of subway station construction safety.Firstly,the study is carried out on related literature to analyze the influencing factors of subway station construction safety from six aspects,such as people,equipment,materials,environment,technology and management.On the basis of analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the construction safety evaluation methods of metro stations in China,a metro station construction safety evaluation model based on cloud model was established with the help of cloud model theory by converting the uncertainty measure of the qualitative language of experts in the evaluation process into quantitative values and determining three characteristic values such as expectation value(Ex)entropy value(Ex)and super entropy value(He).And the validity and credibility of the evaluation model are verified by taking the construction project of Chen Guangying subway station in Lanzhou as an example.According to the project evaluation results,specific safety management measures are proposed for the safety problems of the project in combination with the actual situation of the project,so as to ensure the construction safety of the metro station and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Compared with other safety management risk evaluation methods,the cloud model-based safety evaluation model for metro station construction safety established in this thesis study overcomes the randomness problem in the evaluation process to a certain extent,making the method more objective and reasonable,and improving the credibility of the evaluation results.It can be used as a practical construction safety evaluation method to promote and apply in the construction of metro stations.
