Landscape Reconstruction Design Of Unauthorized Villas Renovation Area In QINGLING Mountains

Under the background of advocating ecological civilization construction vigorously in China,the existence of abandoned urban land not only occupies the precious urban land resources,but also causes a series of social,environmental and economic problems.With people’s attention to this problem,China’s urban wasteland reconstruction projects began to increase gradually,more and more wasteland began to revitalized,the renewal and reconstruction of the site not only provides the public with outdoor leisure and recreation activities,but also for the improvement of the regional ecological environment and made a contribution to the urban landscape.This paper takes abandoned urban land as the research project,through to the urban land related combing and sorting of the concept of urban land as applied to the practice of project related basic theory of landscape ecology,discusses on the theory of landscape ecology and landscape just the possibility of urban land reform,then analyze the related outstanding case and use its successful experience for reference.On this basis,the design ideas and principles that should be followed in the landscape planning and design of abandoned urban land are summarized,and the landscape planning and design model of abandoned urban land that is suitable for China’s current urbanization background is put forward.In qinling moutntain’s unapproved construction villa as an example to carry on the practice,based on the field status quo of the use of GIS technology to the site topography and geomorphology,hydrology,and analyses the effect of land use,dig the existing problems,in view of the problems,formulate related policies and landscape planning and design,in order to reserved for the future in the process of urban renewal of urban land landscape transformation to provide reference and reference.The specific results include the following parts:1.Summed up the characteristics of the four types of domestic and foreign urban wasteland landscape(industrial wasteland,abandoned mining area,waste disposal sites,illegal land for construction)and the related theory of applications,including landscape ecology,restoration ecology,sustainable development theory,Landscape justice,etc.2.Analyze the typical cases of urban wasteland reconstruction at home and abroad,summarize the design highlights and combine the actual characteristics of the illegal villas in the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains,and propose the reconstruction strategy of river ecosystem reconstruction,plant community construction,regional biodiversity protection and landscape cultural system reconstruction.3.Based on GIS technology,process the DEM model and Globeland30 data within the site,complete the analysis of site elevation,slope,aspect,hydrology,and land use and cover changes,and formulate specific plans for ecological restoration and landscape reconstruction in the Qinling illegal villa area based on the analysis results.4.Complete the large-scale plan for the re-cultivation and greening of illegally built villas in the Qinling Mountains,as well as the seven major landscape functional zoning designs for the small-scale landscape reconstruction demonstration area.
